This policy explains how GETGO FLY LLC ("GetGoFly.com") collects and uses personal information when you use getgofly.com. We only collect what we need to search and book flights and to support you.
1. Information we collect
Search details: origin, destination, dates, number and age group of travelers and cabin. These are not linked to your name.
Booking details: traveler names, title, gender and date of birth; passport details when the airline requires them; and the contact e-mail and phone number.
Technical data: a one-way fingerprint (hash) of your IP address used to limit abuse, and essential cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use it
To book your tickets with the airline, send confirmations and trip updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, keep accounting records and comply with the law.
3. Who we share it with
The airline and our flight-booking technology partner (Duffel), which need traveler data to issue your booking; our e-mail provider (Amazon Web Services) to send messages; and authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4. Passport information
Passport details are sent to the airline for your booking. GetGoFly.com keeps only the last characters of the passport number, the issuing country and the expiration date.
5. Retention and security
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for the trip, customer support, accounting and legal obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our systems is restricted to authorized staff.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping obligations. Residents of some U.S. states have additional rights under state privacy laws. Contact us to make a request.
7. Children
The website is not intended for children. Bookings for minors must be made by a parent or guardian.
